The Essence from Ocean Returns to HALU Now！

We would first like to say thank you always very much for your visits since our opening in May 2003 !!! This anually Lobster Ramen Soup is made by using delicate cooking teqhniques which combines roasted lobster and prown's head & shell, Japanese sake, sweet Mirin sake, yellow onions, carrots, celeries, and tomato puree in our chicken based soup stock. Lobster Ramen is avairable at dinner time only for one month ;until June 2nd on Sunday.

For Mother's day weekend on 5/11(sat) and 5/12(sun) at dinner time, we will serve Goma, Maccha or Azuki ice cream for all custmoer who order Lobster Ramen. Hoping you have wonderful Mother's day weekend☆
